Our community offers an array of diverse programs designed to cater to individuals of all ages and interests. From engaging activities for the young members of our community to programs tailored for adults and seniors, there’s something for everyone to explore.

SENIORS LUNCH & LAUGH!

  • Every 2nd Wednesday of the month.
  • Enjoy an awesome lunch, fellowship with Kenilworth neighbours, share stories, play games,and have fun!

Workshops are free with a KCL membership

or $5.00 without.

Learn how to organize your photos and make beautiful albums.

BADMINTON

Adult recreational badminton on Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm at Kenilworth School (7005-89 Avenue). The season starts the first Tuesday of October and runs to May the following year. Membership is currently $30/season.

PILATES/BODY ROLLING CLASSES

  • Pilates and Body Rolling classes will be once again running at the Kenilworth Community League on Tuesday evenings.

STRENGTH/CARDIO CLASS

Thursdays @ 6pm This class strengthens and tones by working the entire body in a fun and energetic atmosphere! Whether you are new to your fitness journey or an avid exerciser, this class will challenge you physically, while increasing your self-confidence.
